The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, appointed as his freelance advisor the country's leading futurologist, that is, a specialist in forecasting the future, Igor Novikov. The decree of the head of state is posted on his official website.

Novikov heads the Ukrainian branch of the American Institute of Singularity, whose website states that he "brings a unique set of technological, entrepreneurial, and political perspectives to the dialogue on innovation in Ukraine."

“Within two years, Igor’s lectures and seminars attracted an audience of over 100,000 people, and he is considered the leading speaker and futurologist of Ukraine — a title that he readily rejects,” the Institute also said.

Novikov's main area of ​​research is “the intersection of behavioral science, economics, and narration.”

The new adviser to Zelensky studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and also graduated from the program of leaders at the Institute of Singularity. He organizes innovative projects and, among other things, was the organizer of IForum, where Zelensky spoke.
