He was the son of Col. Lee was the grandson of Capt. Henry Lee I, a great-grandson of Richard Bland, and a great-great-grandson of William Randolph. 1773, and began pursuing a legal career. In November 2010, Summer was arrested for violating his probation by not completing community service and not regularly calling his probation officer. In January 2011 Summer was released from probation having fulfilled all his obligations. He is currently living and performing in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 the car was returned to the factory where it was equipped with armor plate and bullet-resistant tires and gas tank.
